Warranty

Mandalay Mosaic Design only uses the very best professional quality products. Therefore we can give you up to 5 years of warranty for your mosaic purchase. Excluded from warranty are damages caused by neglect of the maintenance instructions issued at purchase. In that case, we can however offer you a service for restoration and repair works at a very reasonable price.

Delivery Period

Objects from the Artshop are shipped within 5 working days after receiving your payment. If you wish, there is always the option of picking up the piece yourself.

With custom made artworks the production and delivery time depend on the size, the design and the chosen materials. A tabletop with a diameter of 80 cm can, for example, be ready for shipment within 4 weeks. We will always give you an accurate estimation of the delivery time when receiving your order.

Payment

Objects are shipped after receiving full payment.
Projects are started after receiving a down payment. The percentage of the deposit depends on the size of the project. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The workshops in Amsterdam can be paid either in advanced or in cash on the day itself.
We do not accept creditcards nor bank passes other than Dutch.
